So I decided that maybe I was being a little bit of a "Debbie Downer" in my last post. It did have a bit of a negative tone to it. That being said, I feel like I have to include my thoughts about Verizon finally getting the Iphone. I don't really care. I couldn't afford the data plan if I wanted to. They are talking about a data plan that might cost as much as $120! How ridiculous is that? I can get free internet almost anywhere now except the road. Maybe when I'm so important that I need to be able to check my e-mail while in commute to my big person job I will consider it. But for right now, I am still doing fine with my slider phone with unlimited texting and 200 minutes of talk (or some amount like that).

We just watched the talk below and it changed my perspective on leadership. Two thumbs up for leadership development! Two thumbs down for sound quality (though they change his microphone about 5 minutes in making it better).
I loved the sound of the plane passing overhead when he talks about the Wright brothers finally taking flight (it's at about 10:30 of the video).
That was extremely inspiring. I'm much more satisfied with your blogging when you're not being a "Debbie Downer."
